Gujarat MBBS Bond Details 2025 – Duration, Penalty & Rules


In Gujarat, MBBS (UG) students are required to complete 1 year of compulsory rural service after graduating. If they fail to serve, they must pay a bond penalty of ₹20 lakh. Additionally, students who discontinue the MBBS course before completion are required to pay a penalty of ₹5 lakh.
