In Dadra and Nagar Haveli, MBBS (UG) students are required to complete a compulsory government service of 2 years after their course. If a student fails to serve this period, a penalty of ₹40 lakh is imposed. Additionally, if the course is discontinued midway, a penalty of ₹5 lakh must be paid by the student.
